Confidentiality of Files: Upon purchasing our products, you acknowledge that the provided files are confidential. Sharing these files is strictly prohibited unless the recipient possesses a valid license for their use.

Code De-obfuscation: Any attempts to de-obfuscate or reverse-engineer our code are strictly forbidden. Engaging in such activities will result in immediate blacklisting.

Reselling Restriction: The resale of our products is prohibited. This includes any transactions involving our products for monetary gain. Reselling is only allowed if the recipient holds a valid license for the product.

Customization and Attribution: You may customize the received models; however, the Vimera logo must remain visible and unaltered in size on any customized models. In addition, we may require proper attribution in your game's description.

Refund Policy: Vimera does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including requests made using Robux.

License Revocation and Blacklisting: Vimera reserves the right to revoke licenses and blacklist users at its discretion. Compliance with our terms of service is mandatory. Non-compliance may lead to license revocation or blacklisting.
